Shipping Policy:
Order Dispatch
- We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after they are placed and accepted.
- You will receive an estimated delivery time when you place your order online.
Delivery Confirmation
- Each order is insured during transit until it is delivered to you or collected.
- A signature is required upon receipt of the products to confirm delivery. Once the products are signed for, the responsibility for them passes to you.
- If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift, their signature will be considered as confirmation of receipt and fulfillment of the order.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary based on the product type and the delivery location. The applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics partner. However, we aim to deliver orders within 4 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays).

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Total Payable Amount
- The total amount payable will be displayed at checkout, including applicable delivery charges. There are no hidden or additional charges.
Return & Exchange Policy:

At Buyzio, we strive to ensure the best quality and service for our customers. However, in case of any issues, please refer to our updated policy below:
Damages During Shipping
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and share photo proof of the damaged item.
- Damaged products must be reported on the same day of delivery. Any delays in reporting will not be entertained, and the company will not be held responsible.
- Upon verification, we will replace the damaged product with a new one.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged for a new one if reported within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges are applicable only for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.
- No refunds will be provided; only replacements or exchanges are allowed.
Products Beyond 15 Days
- For products reported after 15 days from the date of purchase, they will be sent to the service center for warranty claims, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
We recommend unboxing and inspecting the product immediately upon delivery to ensure there are no damages or defects.
