better at using it. At first, I had a little trouble getting to slice
smoothly for long lengths and instead the peeling was kind of choppy.
But after a little bit I got the hang of it better. Look at my photos
and you can probably tell which was the first carrot (choppy bits of
peel) and which was the second one (long uniform pieces). I like the
sturdy feel of the steel blade. It has a nice heft to it compared to a
lot of peelers. The solid wood handle is also a nice feature
